Strategy 2026-2029

RSR Motorsport Safety has launched its 2026–2029 strategy, setting out a clear and focused plan to build on its strong early growth and continue delivering high-quality motorsport safety and medical services. Since its formation in 2024, the organisation has rapidly expanded its reach, supporting over 200 events and delivering vital on-site responses. The new strategy outlines how this momentum will be sustained through a continued focus on safety, professionalism, and public benefit. At the heart of the plan is a commitment to saving lives and improving safety through rapid medical response, effective rescue and recovery operations, and high standards of training and governance. Volunteers remain central to this mission, with investment in recruitment, development, and wellbeing ensuring a skilled and resilient workforce. The strategy also highlights key priorities for the next three years, including achieving Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration, modernising equipment and capability, strengthening partnerships, and expanding training and education. Alongside this, a target of £250,000 income growth will support long-term sustainability and reinvestment into life-saving services. Overall, the strategy provides a clear roadmap for growth, ensuring RSR Motorsport Safety continues to deliver safe, reliable, and professional support across the motorsport community.
